Learning hoe to budget & pay tax is not hard to sustain a life financially even in basic form from rent to mortgage then home owner & transportation plus asset ownership & maintenence in morning-day-evening & night routines 

You can obtain a private education online easily & draw up a plan to put it together  

Income + savings after expenses then build it up over time strategically 

Sacrifice in short term for longer term plans

I am physically injured die to a threat lab with neuro-tech injuries prior to & in the after 2003 so as a North Bay born Canadian Ontario Province I qualified as Ontario Disability case if I remain in Province for over 30 days & dont lwace for more than 30 days at a time yet I still bank earned money I created

The majority can... and everyone knows they can learn & work yet the $1000 incentive is reasonable as they are retarded in ways

50-75% of disability cases deserve. 25-50% should not qualify regardless 

Mild - should not qualify 

Mild dibilitating - maybe should qualify 

Moderate to severe - should qualify
