The vehicle has to engage with the system installed on the guard rail section & be within a specific transmission distance to charge within a section or multpile sections

Energy generation from road & bridge use for In-Motion charging systems allowing use to create the energy in which is required for use by installing energy boxes under each road & highway-freeway or & bridge available 

Potential for winter-climate surface warming using excess energy to assist in simulated surface ash over salt to void rusting properties 

Potential for road illumination including pedestrian & debris warming systems using projection lighting 

THE ROLLING EFFECT 

Concrete or pavement & equivalent layer as driving surface 

As a set of wheels makes contact with the surface the device from vibration & sound is able to produce using compressed air pneumatic's regenerative braking to generator options which produce energy 

Every vehicle on a road surface is unused energy generation 

Energy boxes drilled under bridge surfaces & under roads, highways-freeways generate usable energy to charge & for grid systems
